USEFUL INFORMATION REGARDING THE NEW CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Here at Skinari and Theoxenia Chios we are working in order to offer you a safe stay. We fully comply with the World Health Organisation guidelines and strictly follow the Health & Safety protocols of the Greek Health authorities. Additional information on the preventive measures that we have put in place in order to ensure that all health & safety standards comply with the latest Health Protocols, is listed below:

SAFETY FEATURES
1. Full compliance with the issued Health Protocols as directed by local authotities
2. National "Health First" Certification
3. Continuous use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by members of the staff
4. Staff temperature checks are conducted regularly
5. Temperature checks are available to guests
6. Hand sanitizer in common areas
7. Individual Air-Conditioning unit in each room
8. Regular Air-Conditioner filter disinfections
9. Natural air ventilation in all rooms
10. Continuous staff training

CLEANLINESS & DISINFECTION
1. Enhanced cleaning protocols in place
2. Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against coronavirus
3. Commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant
4. Bed sheets and towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F
5. Guests have the option to cancel any cleaning services for their accommodation during their stay
6. Amplified time interval between stays (check-out 11am, check-in 3pm)
7. Guest accommodation closed after cleaning

PHYSICAL DISTANCING
1. Social distancing measures are in place
2. Cashless payment available
3. Alternative means of communication with the management (WhatsApp, Messenger, Viber, SMS, email)
